Standard Production Times
Standard production times vary by product and are identified on product description throughout this site.
In order to receive the standard production time, the order must be within catalogue quantity and must be received with all the necessary information and artwork. The standard production time begins upon receipt of your artwork approval for ‘New’ or ‘Repeat with Change’ orders. Artwork for repeat orders is only sent upon request. Orders are only processed after credit approval.
Orders above catalogue quantity, multi-colour work, sharpening or special packaging does not qualify for standard production times as these orders may take longer to produce. In this instance, you will be notified of the scheduled ship date prior to order completion.

New and Repeat Orders with Changes
BIC Graphic will provide FREE of charge an electronic artwork proof for approval prior to production within 24-hours of receipt of order.
- Repeat Orders

BIC Graphic will not provide an artwork proof for all repeat orders that are an exact repeat of the previous order. Repeat orders will be processed and sent into production within 24-hours of receipt of order. BIC Graphic will provide FREE of charge an electronic artwork proof if requested on your purchase order.

Additional Options
You may choose from the following optional changes, at no additional cost, as they apply to the product ordered: custom colour assortment, and imprint colour change (with no change to artwork). Each change must be equal to or greater than the minimum order quantity per product.
Non-Standard Imprint Colour Matching
Custom imprint colours are available. Please submit PANTONE® Matching System (PMS) number. We will match to the PMS coated (C) stock only (Example: PMS 203C).

Product Colour Variance
Due to the nature of the materials and the variance in manufactured products, we cannot guarantee exact matches within orders or on repeat orders. Like-named colours in different materials may not be an exact colour match. In our continuing effort to improve our products, we reserve the right to change specifications without notice.
Less Than Minimum
All imprinted orders require minimum quantities as listed in the catalogue & webiste. Less than minimum imprinted orders will be accepted with an additional surcharge and an absolute minimum of half of catalogue minimum.
- Production Ready Art
-
We accept high-quality laser prints, or digital art on CDs or by email. For faster services and better imprint quality, we recommend providing artwork via email. Artwork should not need any additional touch-up, design, colour separation or rearranging for use.
The use of licensed artwork requires a written release. Artwork when submitted is assumed to be in full compliance with laws governing copyrights, trademarks etc. We are not responsible for typographical errors incorporated into submitted artwork. Factory reserves the right to make slight alterations in copy and logos to adapt to imprinting processes.
Please note: BIC Graphic reserves the right not to print any logo or message that is deemed inappropriate.
Electronic Artwork
Digital artwork is requested in colour PDF and vector format with the text converted to ‘curves’ or ‘outlines’. Tif bitmap format at 300 dpi or higher is acceptable for one colour imprint at or above actual imprint size. Artwork should be supplied in Pantone® spot colours and indicate exact PMS colour number. All artwork will be sized to maximum imprint size unless otherwise specified on your order. Minimum Line Weight and Type Sizes apply.
Email Artwork: Artwork should be submitted within 24 hours of sending the order. Please include purchase order number in the subject line of the email. File size limitation via email is 10MB. Artwork can also be sent to us on CD.

Freight charge will be added to invoice. Please supply complete street address. BIC Graphic cannot assume responsibility for time delays in transit.
Standard Freight
- Catalogue quantity orders will ship via a BIC Graphic Specified Carrier.
- Lighters contain flammable gas. They will freight by Standard Road Service.
- Ground and Air Parcel Service Rates are subject to change with 24hrs notice.
- BIC Graphic reserves the right to change carrier and service level without notice.
- Any claims concerning lost, delayed or damaged merchandise must be made directly to BIC Graphic.
- C.O.D. shipments not available.
- Goods are delivered via a chosen BIC Graphic Australia or New Zealand carrier.
Changes to Freight Addresses
Any changes to freight address must be submitted in writing 24 hours prior to the scheduled ship date and before the order has been processed for shipment to be guaranteed.
Split Deliveries
Split deliveries will incur an extra freight fee. Each split delivery cannot be less than the minimum quantity shown per product in this catalogue.
- Cancellations

Changes will delay orders and must be authorised by BIC Graphic. After production has been initiated, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. Production time begins upon receipt of the complete order or after proof approval. Incomplete orders will be put on hold or returned. This will delay ship dates.
Authorised Returns
BIC Graphic is required prior to return of merchandise. Unauthorised returns will be refused and returned to sender. No credit will be issued for merchandise which is unavailable for return to BIC Graphic.

What is a USB flash drive?
A flash drive is a small storage device that connects to a computer directly through a USB port. It’s both Mac and PC compatible, so you can transfer files between both operating systems. Flash drives can hold any type of data including excel, jpeg, video and text files. Flash drives are also commonly referred to as key drives, thumb drives, jump drives, USB drives and pen drives.
What does USB stand for?
Universal Serial Bus. “USB” is actually the connector. The drive is the flash memory inside.
How fast is the download speed for your USBs?
Rated writing speed and reading speed are 2MB per second and 10MB per second respectively. However, performance may vary based on your operating system.
Why does the memory drive capacity vary?
Some of the listed capacity is used for formatting and other functions; therefore, it is not available for storage. This reserved amount is typically less than 1%.
How many times can the USB drives be re-written?
All current flash memory USB drives have a technical limitation to the number of read writes. This number typically falls between 8,000-10,000 times.
What type of memory chips are used in your USB products?
There are 2 component chips (a flash memory chip and a controller chip) in each drive. We purchase Tier 1 OEM memory chips and do not use recycled memory or factory scraps.
Where are your USB products manufactured?
Our USB products are manufactured at our partner factories in China.

Why don’t you sell USB drives with lower memory sizes, such as 64MB or 128MB?
Flash memory storage capabilities are always evolving and improving. With the technology available today, the USB drives with lower memory sizes are experiencing less demand due to the affordability of drives with larger memory capacity. We offer the most popular memory sizes 256MB, 512MB, 1GB, 2GB, 4GB, 8GB and 16GB throughout our product offerings.
Can I order less than catalogue quantities?
No. Minimum catalogue quantity applies to all USB purchase orders that are not sample orders.
Can I order more than catalogue quantities?
Yes. Please contact your Sales Representative or Customer Service for accurate lead times and pricing.
Can I order product samples?
Customers will be provided ONE FREE USB sample on request. We will charge for any extra USBs samples ordered.
Are Virtual Spec Samples available?
Yes. These are free and available on all products.
How are your USBs packaged?
All USB products are packaged in an individual white gift box with free lanyard* for no additional charge.
*Free lanyard is only available on applicable USBs. Please refer to product information to see if lanyard is supplied.

Is data upload available?
Yes. This service is provided free of charge up to 100MB. Additional charges apply for more than 100MB.
What is the process for data upload?
Customer sends the files they desire to upload with their order. The data is then uploaded to each USB, packaged and sent to the customer.
What types of files can I have uploaded on my USB?
All file types can be uploaded within the memory capacity of the USB drive.

Are your USB products held to the same product safety standards as your other products?
Yes, every USB product undergoes testing to assure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards before it is placed on the market, including tests for lead and other heavy metals.
Our USB products are compliant with the Oceania main regulations and standards, as the AS/NZ 61000:2001 among others; also compliant with the Australian Trade Practices Act and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL); and also with the New Zealand Fair Trading Act and the Consumer Guarantee Act.
In addition, our USB products are also compliant with the European and USA standards and regulations, such as CE marks, RoHS, WEEE and FCC. RoHS is a Europe Directive which restricts the use of hazardous materials in electrical and electronic products. WEEE is another Europe Directive which mandates targets for collection recovery and recycling of electronics and component materials with the aim to respect the environment. CE marks and FCC are the required labels to show that products are able to be sold in Europe and in the USA respectively.

Pre-order or back-order is placing orders in advance and requires a down payment. On pre-order, we give customers availability-guarantee and ensure item stock for them. Please make sure you have read and understood all the conditions written here before submitting your orders.

All orders are to be paid in full for all ‘Cash’ or ‘30-day trading’ account holders. A Proforma Invoice will be issued after Artwork and order have been fully approved. Full Payment is required by 2pm Friday 24th August, 2018 EST.

All orders MUST have all artwork signed and approved and paid on or before 2pm Friday 24th August, 2018 EST.

No order can be altered in order quantity; Artwork; or product code after Friday 24th August, 2018. Please ensure you are signing off on all details to your order. BIC Graphic will not be responsible for incorrect details based on quantity, artwork and product.

BIC Graphic aims to dispatch all orders Friday 1st December. If orders are completed ahead of our estimated dispatch date, orders will be shipped out. If any form of delay may occur, BIC Graphic will contact you.

Cancellation: Ordered items are considered sold. Payments are not refundable & cannot be exchange for other tools/items/services.
